Susan and Tom both hold doctorate degrees in leadership in organizations
and were tenured Associate Professors at the University of Calgary in Canada
from 1990 - 2005. They were each awarded Emeritus status with the University
in recognition of their individual contributions made during their careers.
They have many years of experience in private and public sector leadership
and management and bring these experiences to their consulting. Susan and
Tom work with leaders and teams to create a high performance culture
including job-specific training utilizing 'train-the-trainer' strategies to maximize
capacity and sustainability of leadership and team performance.
