Susan Hutton and Tom Gougeon created Dugrene Enterprises in 1990 to
consult with medium-sized and small organizations in Leadership
Development, Job Training needs assessments and curriculum
development and improved practices within Human Resources.
Susan and Tom both hold doctorate degrees in leadership in
organizations and were tenured Associate Professors at the University
of Calgary in Canada from 1990 - 2005.
They have many years of experience in private and public sector
leadership and management and bring these experiences to their
consulting. Susan and Tom work with leaders and teams to create a high
performance culture including job-specific training utilizing
'train-the-trainer' strategies to maximize capacity and sustainability of
leadership and team performance.
