Overseas Work of Dugrene Enterprises
Tom and Susan travelled together and work as an effective team on development issues with overseas
organizations. They sought contracts with public service organizations (i.e., police services), private

sought 70-day contracts to create training modules, conduct assessments, and facilitating training and
educational experiences. They also coached senior managers and leaders in colleges and universities
to meet international requirements. The pair decided to retire in 2014 from overseas work.
