See the official website for Rancho Sin Vacas. The community has about 100 large, individual homes, an assisted care facility, and a cluster of condominiums called Villas at Sin Vacas. Seventy-two villas make up the cluster and share a club house with exercise rooms, a small office and large television room with a small kitchen; a heated pool; and a hot tub. Villa 01 has about 1200 square feet on one floor with two bathrooms & two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and love seat with a twin bed fold- out mattress in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each room has a computer desk for your convenience. The Villa is fully furnished in south-west decor. There is a large outdoor patio at the back and a smaller one in the front to enable you to take advantage of good year-round weather. Both patios are constructed of rare 2-inch Sedona flagstone. High Speed Internet WIFI access, Cable TV, 2 DVDs, CD player, local phone, one LCD HDTV and two TVs are provided. The villa comes with a covered parking space. We prefer that rentals are for 3 month periods. The rental rate for Low Season, which includes April-November, is $1250 a month. The rental rate for High season, inclusive of December - March, is $2400 a month. |
