Villa 01 is located in the guard-gated community of Rancho Sin Vacas (ranch without

individual homes, an assisted care facility, and a cluster of condominiums called Villas

rooms, a small office and large television room with a small kitchen; a heated pool;
and a hot tub. Villa 01 has about 1200 square feet on one floor with two bathrooms &
two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and love seat with a twin bed fold-out mattress
in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It is fully furnished
in south-west decor. There is a large outdoor patio at the back and a smaller one in the
front to enable you to take advantage of good year-round weather. Both patios are
constructed of rare 2-inch Sedona flagstone. High Speed Internet WIFI access, Cable
TV, 2 DVDs, CD player, local phone, one LCD HDTV and two TVs are provided. The
villa comes with a covered parking space. Rentals can be arranged for 3 month
contracts. Three month periods available for $1200 a month are April - June and July -
September. Rentals at $2400 a month are available for October - December and
January - March.
