On the third floor, it features a queen sized bed and a futon bed with a queen size mattress in the main living area. A full kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your own meals; with a Walgreens within half a block and the Pueblo, a full super market in within five blocks, it is convenient to stock up with food. Weekly ($600) or daily ($89) rentals are accepted. Other fees include a 7% tourism tax and $50 cleaning fee. It has a wall of windows facing the oceanfront and large air conditioner. Rentals under 3 days are discouraged. |
