Apartment 2C at the Condominium Stella Maris is a studio apartment with a full
unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. On the third floor, it features a queen
sized bed and a futon bed in the main living area. Suitable for up to four people, there is a
television with cable. A full kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your own meals; with a
Walgreens within half a block and the Pueblo, a full super market in within five blocks, it is
convenient to stock up with food. Weekly ($500) or daily ($80) rentals are accepted. In
2005 the apartment was extensively renovated and a new wall of windows and larger air
conditioner were installed. The bathroom was completely updated and a new front door
was installed. We added new bed covers and linens.
Rentals under 5 days are discouraged.
