Apartment 7B at the Condominium Stella Maris is a studio apartment with a full unobstructed view of the
beach and the ocean. On the eighth floor, it features a queen sized bed in the main living area. Suitable
for one couple, there is a television with cable. A full kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your own
meals; with a 24-hour Walgreens store half a block away and the Pueblo, a full super market, within five
blocks, it is convenient to stock all the food you need. The apartment features a full mirrored wall. In 2005
the apartment was extensively renovated and a new wall of windows and larger air conditioner were
installed. In 2006 we installed a new front door and purchased two new rattan dressers, wall mirror,
mattress and bed covers for the apartment. Weekly ($500) or daily ($80) rentals are accepted. Other
charges include a 7% tourism tax and a $50 cleaning fee. Rentals under 5 days are discouraged.
