Photo Gallery - San Juan Stella Maris Condo

Apartments 7A, 7B & 2C are in the Stella Maris condominium on Condado Beach, San Juan. The
building has ten floors and 32 apartments and sits immediately adjacent to the Marriott Hotel on the
beach. Below you will see two views of the tower from the patio area of the Marriott. You will also see
a picture of Vilma Bordas, our property manager and Jorge Ramos, who maintains our building. To
the right of that picture you will see a picture of Tito, who cleans the apartments and Susan Hutton,
an owner of Apartments 2C, 7B and the Rainforest house. The building is secure and the elevator is
keyed to each floor which limits who can access your floor. Within two blocks of the apartment, there
are several hotels, casinos, restaurants and car rental agencies to serve you. The local Starbucks
within a block from the apartment has a WIFI hot zone for laptop enthusiasts.
Please note that we cannot offer the standards of service that the Marriott Hotel next door offers but
neither do we charge their rates. Our goal is to maintain clean and functional apartments. We can
offer a great oceanfront location, security, cleanliness and functionality. Please note that we don't
have blackout curtains in the apartments for our guests prefer to enjoy the light breeze from the
Trade Winds that constantly come on-shore from Africa, and they tend to leave windows open at
night. We don't have mosquitoes or insects and the windows can be open any time of the day or
night.
We offer an outstanding oceanfront location, and you will be staying in an apartment which will make
you part of the beach scene. You can leave the window open to hear sound of the surf, smell the
salty air, feel the Trade Winds, enjoy the music and the celebration of people in parties that occur on
the beach; or you can close your windows and enjoy the peace and quiet. These apartments enable
you to enjoy the beach scene right from your apartment for the building is that close to the beach. So
plan to stay with us and enjoy the Tropics!
