Each year, Tom and Susan spend time in the units to repair and renovate them. The units reflect
their personal values and are designed and maintained to be comfortable, clean and functional. To

home in Calgary, Canada. When they are travelling, their daughter-in-law, Barb Scott, provides
assistance. Locally, Vilma Bordas manages the San Juan apartments and Ginny Dwyer manages the
Tucson villas.
