Located twenty miles south-west of the city of Tucson, this development consists of 32 acres of
land near the end of South Sierrita Mountain Road in Pima County. It is our plan to develop
building sites, each with a cluster of three casitas, each possessing a kitchen, one bedroom, and
a bathroom. The three casitas will enclose a common outdoor living area with a kitchen, fireplace,
fountain and eating area. Dependent upon harvesting water and solar-produced electricity, future
tenants of this community will enjoy a sense of self sustainability, sun rises and sun sets in this
high desert terrain. It is planned to attract a maximum of three couples for monthly rentals.
