Apartment 7A at the Condominium Stella Maris is a one bedroom apartment owned by Robert
Cox, our father. He lives much of the year in this apartment and we often offer it up for rent
when he is not there. Not being a standard rental unit, it has minor items that need repair, yet it
is clean and functional. Windows from both rooms command a full unobstructed view of the
beach and the ocean. On the eighth floor, it features air conditioning in both rooms and a
double bed in the bedroom. Recommended for one couple, we do have covered, single size
foam mattresses that can be used, camping style, on the floor in the main room for two more
adults or children. The foam mattresses store readily behind the couch in the main room.
There is a television both in the bedroom and main room. Cable is supplied in the main room.
There is a full kitchen which enables you to prepare your own meals, with a Walgreens within
half a block and the Pueblo, a full super market five blocks away. Monthly ($2000), weekly
($600) or daily ($100) rentals are accepted. Rentals under 5 days are discouraged.
